Increase the visibility of UNDP Cambodia in the Internet:
• Regularly updating the content of the website www.un.org.kh/undp (Stories, Publications,Press Releases, etc.)
• Participating in refreshing the website’s Home Page design in order to improve its ergonomy
• Presence in social network website Facebook: Creating the official page of UNDP in Cambodia; regularly updating it by sharing the latest news, links to UNDP Cambodia's Website, pictures, videos (UNDP Youtube channel)

• Editing and sending press releases and media advisories
• Writing stories and producing videos about field projects

• Interviewing all UNDP’s heads in order to produce and disseminate internally a 35 minutes video

Communications officer in charge of the conference “Unaccompanied children: What protection at the European level?” held in the Council of Europe at Strasbourg (250 participants):
• Contacts database administrator - sending invitations -registering answer coupons
• Editing the conference’s schedule program, creating the PowerPoint presentation broadcasted
during the conference

2009 - 2010Consolidation of Environment and Education Ministries’ databases:
• Updating the databases with key contacts: 115 contacts
• Following up with clients and updating their subscriptions: 100% subscription renewal
Launch of a new communication tool “Sarbacane”:
• Initiating and managing the implementation of Sarbacane
• Organizing the first Sarbacane mass-mailing campaign for 850 new contacts: 30% response rate of new subscribers and improvement in the estimation of the campaign’s global performance
Assist the IT team in designing the new subscription system for the Forestry Department website:
• Introduced an online automated subscription service
