I am in charge of Human Capacity building for the Government of Cambodia in the NIDA, my job is to promote ICT usage all over the country, I also do software localization, do training need assessment, research on labor market, research on ICT Industry, research on ICT training provider to formulate ICT Development in Cambodia.
I am working with all ICT stakeholder such as software and Hardware Vendors, ICT Training providers, ICT labor Market, to promote ICt for the entire region. Also evolving with student and teacher collaboration.
