 Adept in the fields of food & beverage operations, budget formulation & preparations, inventory and cost control procedures, materials handling & logistics operations, cost analysis, personnel management, menu planning and formulation, computer operations, layout and workflow management, hygiene standards implementation, and office administration.

Performed all administrative and clerical duties as directed by the Chief Technical Officer (Chief Engineer) and/or other senior technical officers in the department.
- Maintains the department’s records and correspondences well organized and with confidentiality.
- Retrieved and inputted relevant information and documentation for the AMOS system. Provided training, familiarization and instructional information to any AMOS user when necessary
- Worked in conjunction with Technical Storekeeper with regard to the generation of requisitions of technical spares and services
- Updated and followed-up hotel defect chits through computer-based Blu Vista programme
- Facilitated the ordering of various internal requisitions using the Net-Chef ordering system
