Klemchan’s goal is to create an artistic, cultural and historical heritage in terms of photographic material for Cambodia, South-East Asia and the whole Asian region. We aim to :

• Highlight Cambodian and South-Asian photography as well as Asian images in general.
• Promote and support meetings of professional photographers on national, regional and international level
• Respect and encourage the application of the international property right.
• Respond to market needs in terms of PHOTOGRAPHY and IMAGES
